I got my light delivered pretty quickly and it arrived in excellent shape. My electrician put it up in the foyer, and it looks amazing. Huge thanks for creating such a fantastic product. I wish I could share a picture!

The light is fantastic, but come on, $250 for shipping is just outrageous. I messed up and placed the order without checking the shipping cost, and then I noticed it. I shot an email to the company right away to cancel, but they never got back to me. Then, two days later, the light arrived anyway.

I bought a linear LED light for my dining area a couple of years back. It's definitely a standout piece. Sadly, one of the LED strips has started to fade. I reached out to Vonn Lighting’s Customer Service and got an AMAZING response. I told Andrew about the problem, and he was super helpful. He requested that I send proof of purchase, explain the issue, and include some pictures. I did just that, and before I knew it, they sent out a replacement fixture. It’s so nice when a company really backs up its products. I’ll be getting my next light fixture from Vonn; their designs are stunning and I trust them completely.

UPDATE: I discovered the shipping notification in my Spam folder. Turns out, the reason I didn’t know my items were on their way was due to Yahoo, not Vonn.

The shopping experience was alright, and my items showed up when I thought they would. My main issue was that I didn’t get any heads-up about their shipment (like it mentioned when I made my order). I had no clue when they’d show up or which carrier was handling it. We were planning to be away for a few days, so I had to ask my neighbors to keep an eye out for the delivery.

I really like this lamp! However, the light it gives off isn't quite what I expected... it's super white, kinda like what you'd find in a doctor's office. I didn't catch the light's tone until I had it all set up, and when I reached out to VONN, they told me I couldn't send it back since it wasn't in 're-sellable condition.' Seems like they prioritize their sales over customer satisfaction.

This light fixture is just right for my kid's room. It’s super bright, features a beautiful design, and the remote does a great job of changing the vibe. The electrician had it set up in just 15 minutes! All in all, I’m really pleased with this buy and look forward to using it for many years ahead.

I haven't put in all the pathway lights just yet, but they seem to be sturdy and totally meet my needs. The customer service is top-notch! They're always around and super quick to respond.

Ordering and getting my new light fixture was super quick and simple. Now, I just gotta install it and see how durable it is. Fingers crossed it lasts longer than the previous one, which only made it 2 and a half years.

The site had the cord length all wrong. After waiting for the lights we were excited about, we had to double-check the error on your site, then box up and return the three light sets. What a hassle! Fingers crossed the refund process goes smoothly and swiftly...

Just had my electrician put up my silver Capella VMC32410AL 50” LED chandelier and I’m totally in love with it!! It goes beyond what I expected in style and looks. Plus, it’s way brighter than I thought it would be - which is awesome, a real bonus - so getting a dimmer was smart (I picked that up separately.). What a fantastic buy, it’s a standout artistic piece in my living room that’s also super practical - big thanks to Vonn!!
